MCC will be hosting another Bags by the Bumper collection on Sunday, October 29th during both Elverson Campus morning services. We are asking for donations of in-date, dry and canned goods (non-perishable). These items will be used to to stock our food shed in the parking lot at the MCC Elverson Campus to help those in our communities in need.
What is Bags by the Bumper? It’s our super-simple way of asking our Sunday attenders to help with our collection efforts. Simply bring the items that you wish to donate in a bag, and place the bag at the rear of your vehicle after you park in the MCC parking lot. During both first and second services on Sunday, volunteers will come through the parking lot and collect the donated bags of goods. It doesn’t get much easier than that! But the value to our community for such an easy way to serve is immeasurable. We very sincerely appreciate your support!
