MCC is pleased to welcome guest speaker Abbas Hameed to present a powerful testimony at all of our services on Sunday, August 8th, 2021.
Abbas Hameed was born in Samarra, Iraq and lived in the country for 23 years. During Operation Iraqi Freedom, the United States military was looking for Iraqis who were bilingual in Arabic and English. Abbas was bilingual and had an interest in assisting the military, so he signed up to be an interpreter.
In 2005, Abbas was hit by a car bomb while on duty. He was the only survivor. This began a journey that led him to seek Jesus Christ and answers. Today, he is the founder of Hameed Christian Ministries, an author, and testimonial speaker, devoted to transforming other people’s lives and bring people to salvation in Christ.
We warmly invite all to come and listen to Abbas’s powerful, life-changing story. He will be speaking at 9am and 11am services at our Elverson Campus, and at 6:30 at our Birdsboro Campus.
