Come out and join us for the first women’s fitness class at MCC!
We will meet on Wednesdays at 10:30am in the gym at the Elverson campus, beginning on January 19, 2022. Please bring a mat, water and wear comfortable clothes for working out. This class will be a pilates-style workout – high-intensity, low-impact (easy on your joints) and open to all levels, with a yoga-style stretch and cool-down. Modifications and advancements will be provided. Option to bring a set of light hand-weights (2-5 lbs) to increase intensity, but not necessary. Please reach out to me if you have any questions!
