Join us as we start off our week with some movement! We start back up on September 12th to celebrate how God allows us to move our bodies (no matter what your level or ability is right now)! Each week we will start with heart-pumping and strength-focused exercises and then will end with flowing movement and stretching to cool down. This is an encouraging, non-competitive space where all levels are welcome. Modifications/simplifications and optional challenges are given throughout class to make sure you are moving at a pace/level that works for you. Bring a yoga mat, some water, and wear clothes & shoes comfortable for exercise!
