MCC Communications Request Form

Please provide as much detail as possible about your program/event. This description will be used for the news post on the MCC website announcing your event, as well as other media. Let your audience know everything they might ask about your event (who-what-where-when-why); what to expect, why should they attend?

Provide below the list of slots that you would like volunteers to fill. For item donations, list all items needed and the total number you need of each item types. For volunteer slots, provide the day/time of each volunteer slot, how many volunteers per slot you need, and a description of what they're signing up for. If you have a spreadsheet you'd prefer to send with your list, note that and we will contact you.
