Men’s Retreat Registration Form

We are so glad you will be joining us for the Men’s Retreat! Please complete the short form below. Payment is not required at time of registration – you may pay by cash or check when you arrive at the retreat. The cost to attend is $90 for the full weekend, $45 for one night, or $20 for one day (no night).
