About MCC: Our Values and Story
Our Sunday services are an opportunity for people to come and enjoy time together—whether it’s their first time or they’ve been coming for years. Being in community impacts lives and reminds us that life is better together.
Our services are held at 9am and 11am at our Elverson campus, and at 4:30pm at our Birdsboro campus. Our GROW Kids program offers a great age-appropriate class experience for children from birth through 6th grades.
MCC is a church where everyone is welcome!
Rather than being a building where people far from God are met with shame, guilt, and condemnation, Jesus leads us to be a family that extends His grace, mercy, and forgiveness to everyone. No matter what you’ve been through or what questions you might have, we want you to be a part of the family.
Our Core Values
Everyone Matters to God • God’s Not Boring, and Neither are We • Life is Better Together • We Are THAT Church • You Can’t Meet God and Not Change • From This Day Forward • Everyone’s a 10 at Something • The Best is Yet to Come
Morgantown Community Church, as MCC was previously named, was planted by Pastor Merle Stoltzfus in September of 1988. That first morning 19 people gathered to worship the Lord in a local fire hall. In the fall of 2008 Pastor Bill Wright and a group of about 40, committed to reaching people with the good news of Jesus relaunched the church with the focus of helping people G.R.O.W. From that day MCC has focused on reaching out to the non churched and dechurched community with the life changing message of Jesus and helping them reach out to others to do the same. Since that time God has grown the church exponentially as He brings more and more people into His family and His kingdom. God is at work at MCC. We invite you to become a part of that and find your place in God’s family
