MCC Grow Teams

This team greets each partner and attender as they enter the parking lot of MCC on Sunday mornings. They also assist with parking at events happening at the church throughout the year.

This team schedules and participates in various outings to witness and share the gospel with the unsaved. They also strive to share the gospel at each MCC event.

This is a private team for those who want the opportunity to know about and support the extra needs within the church family and church ministries.

This team of trained intercessors covers the weekend services in prayer, as well as ministers to people after the service and throughout the week.

This team cares for those who are partners at MCC. They make sure partners remain connected and are moving forward in their relationship with Jesus and the Body of Christ.

This team with a heart for reaching the world with the Good News of Jesus organizes and leads missions efforts at MCC.

This team has a number of tasks they do each week. Some of these are running video cameras for the Livestream, making videos to show on Sundays, editing video and audio footage, running the Projection computer, and others. This team works diligently behind the scenes to maintain a spirit of excellence in every area of our church building providing a clean and comfortable environment for the Gospel to be shared.

This team faithfully serves to host our very own GROW Team members and are the official hosts of our Growth Track. This team creates a welcoming atmosphere through preparing the meal, greeting guests, as well as providing materials and assistance throughout our four classes.

This energetic team connects with guests by offering a hot cup of coffee and a warm welcome.

This team creates an environment where children are consistently exposed to the real love of Jesus. They intentionally invest in the lives of our children to help them meet Jesus and start their walk with Him.

This team connects guests to the church community, providing resources and information on all of our current events, ministry opportunities, and services at MCC.

This unit of health care providers serves to triage basic medical attention to our guests in the event of an accident or emergency at MCC.

This friendly team loves people and makes them feel at home here at MCC. They welcome guests with a smile, encouragement, and personal touch so that hearts are open to the Gospel message.

This team provides a warm welcome to the kids and their families as they get their tags for their classrooms every Sunday. The team uses our system to ensure each child is going to the correct class to learn about Jesus on their level.

This team, with the gift of mercy, assists the pastors and deacons in ministering to the sick and/or hospitalized, widows, and single moms.

If you have an eye for decorating and making places feel welcoming, this is the team for you! The building enhancement team is responsible for decorating the church to be seasonally appropriate and also does special decorating for different events around the church.

This team utilizes their gifts of administration and organization to make sure everyone is getting connected and growing.
